- Service fees
- Confirm, change, or ask (existing booking or general question): US$6. New reservation or appointment (restaurant, salon, clinic, repair, etc.): US$12. Japanese-office call (city office, utility, property management, etc., which typically involves transfers or call-backs): US$15. A valid welcome credit can reduce the fee by up to US$6. These are the total amounts charged to your registered card after the call is completed.
- Additional charges
- None. You are responsible for your own internet or communication charges.
- Payment method
- Credit or debit card, registered with Stripe when you submit a request. No charge is made at that time.
- When payment is due
- We register your card via Stripe when you submit a request — this does not charge you. We charge the registered card only after we complete the call. If we cannot complete it, we do not charge you at all.
- When we provide the service
- After your card is registered and (if you replied to our confirmation email) your details are confirmed, we call on weekdays between 9:00 and 21:00 Japan Standard Time. We aim to report the result the same day or the next business day, but the business's own hours or availability may occasionally delay this further.
- Ryokan and hotel requests
- We can confirm or change an existing booking, or make a routine inquiry. Make new reservations directly with the accommodation.
- Cancellations and refunds
- If we cannot complete the requested reservation, confirmation, change, or inquiry, we do not charge your card. Once we have completed it, the service fee is charged and is generally non-refundable, since the work has been done. If the error was ours, contact us — we will review it and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. You remain responsible for any cancellation, deposit, no-show, or other charge imposed by the business itself.
