- When payment is due
- Payment is due after submitting a request and before we begin the call.
- When we provide the service
- After payment is confirmed, we call between 9:00 and 21:00 Japan Standard Time. We usually report the result within a few hours, but the business's hours or availability may mean the next business day or later.
- Cancellations and refunds
- If we cannot complete the requested reservation, factual confirmation, or change, we refund the full service fee. Once the business confirms the requested result, the service fee is non-refundable. You remain responsible for any cancellation, deposit, no-show, or other charge imposed by the business itself.
