FAQ
- Is my request guaranteed to succeed?
- We only keep the service fee when the requested booking, confirmation, or change succeeds. If it can’t be done (for example, the restaurant is fully booked), we’ll tell you honestly and refund the full service fee.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Reply to your confirmation email as soon as you know. We'll notify the business — Japanese businesses take no-shows seriously and this matters a lot for keeping this service viable.
- Can you book places that require a credit card deposit?
- Not yet — for now we only handle bookings that don't require a card guarantee.
- What kinds of places do you call?
- Restaurants, ryokan/hotels, and hair salons for new reservations. For confirming or changing something already arranged, we'll generally call almost anywhere — city hall, utility companies, delivery services, hospitals/clinics, and more — as long as it's a routine, factual confirmation (we don't relay medical details). The only real limit is the other side: some offices won't discuss anything with a third party, and if so, we'll tell you honestly and refund the fee.
- How fast will I hear back?
- We call during Japan business hours (9am–9pm JST) and aim to confirm within a few hours of payment.
