Information we collect
We collect the details needed to make the requested call: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the business you want us to contact, booking details, party size, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
How we use and share it
We use this information only to process your request, contact the relevant business on your behalf, tell you the result, and handle cancellations or follow-up. We share only the details the business needs to complete the request. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and retention
Request records are stored in Google Sheets for operational management. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. We keep request records only as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your request information, subject to records we must retain by law. Do not include medical, passport, card, or other sensitive information in the form unless it is essential for the request.
