What we do
Japan Phone Call Proxy makes a call in Japanese at your request. We act as your disclosed calling assistant; we do not represent that we are you or the business. A business may decline third-party calls, refuse a booking, or impose its own conditions.
Success-fee promise
You pay through Stripe before we begin. If we cannot obtain the requested reservation or complete the requested factual confirmation/change, we will refund the full service fee. A successful result means the business has confirmed the requested reservation, confirmation, or change; it does not guarantee admission, service quality, or that you will attend.
Cancellations, deposits, and no-shows
Tell us promptly if your plans change. Once a booking is confirmed, the service fee is not refundable. You remain responsible for the business's own cancellation, deposit, no-show, and other charges. We do not make bookings that require us to provide, hold, or receive card details or deposits on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and have authority to ask us to contact the business. Do not ask us to impersonate you, provide false information, relay medical details, or perform an unlawful or unsafe request.
